Based in Midland, Texas, this role will involve heavy data entry and the use of various software including Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: • Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and check runs • Maintain precise records of all transactions and customer credit information • Utilize software tools like Open Invoice and Ariba for various tasks • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data • Implement coding invoices procedures for effective record keeping • Regularly monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary actions • Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks • Work with Oracle and SAP for enterprise resource planning and data management • Operate QuickBooks for accounting activities.• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with check runs procedures • Proficient in coding invoices • Accurate and fast data entry skills • Experience in invoice processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in using Oracle for financial management • Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks • Knowledge of SAP financial software • Familiarity with Open Invoice system • Experience with Ariba procurement software
