Compliance Project/Program Manager Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Compliance Project/Program Manager for a contract position in Redmond, WA. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a longterm extension. Position Summary: The main function of a Compliance Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as voluntary and regulatory transparency reporting, or any other project. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Coordinate projects, making detailed plans and workback schedules to accomplish goals and directing the completion of voluntary and regulatory transparency reports, and other regulatory compliance-related activities and requirements Manage regulatory and compliance-related disclosures partnering closely with colleagues in legal, product, and data science Identify relevant stakeholders for given projects; assign, direct, and evaluate their work Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to internal stakeholders often from across multiple partner teams Analyze industry trends related to transparency reporting to plan and assess the feasibility of projects Confer with cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures Work experience within safety, transparency reporting, regulatory compliance, tech policy or similar spaces Research and document global Social, Environmental, and Accountability related regulations, standards, and literature Experience developing and coordinating large-scale projects across multiple partner teams Fluid verbal and written communicator with attention to detail and interpersonal skills, who is able to speak to stakeholders across many layers of the business Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and manage one's time Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio etc. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; or background in management consulting 5-7 years of project management experience required PMI certification preferred Proficient in data analysis and visualization (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) preferred Experience with client's consumer services (Bing, Outlook, Onedrive, Skype, etc.) strongly preferred Policy and regulatory implementation experience, regulatory and compliance experience If this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application Providing consulting opportunities to TALENTed people since 1987, we offer a host of opportunities including contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.
