Location: Antwerp, Belgium (On-site) Language Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) About the Role: We're on the lookout for a Non-Life Insurance Business Expert to bring their deep expertise to a dynamic team. If you have a solid understanding of the Belgian Non-Life Insurance sector and are passionate about business process optimization, this could be your next big opportunity Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Assess customer processes and identify inefficiencies for optimization. Market Insights: Share insights on market trends, customer preferences, and evolving regulatory changes in Belgium. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on business processes and objectives. Smart Specifications & Design: Collaborate to drive the right specifications and solutions. Stakeholder Guidance: Help stakeholders adopt business changes and transformations. Change Management: Support and implement change management initiatives for business success. Qualifications: ✔️ Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. ✔️ Experience in Belgian Non-Life Insurance, including products, underwriting practices, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks. ✔️ Business data analysis & process optimization expertise. ✔️ Experience in change management implementation. ✔️ Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. ✔️ Ability to lead large workshops and interact with C-level stakeholders.
