Software Engineer - Node.js

They specialize in outcome-driven, full-stack development, helping businesses build, scale, and ship Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless technical solutions. - Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs using Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks. - Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes. - Write modular, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability. - Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technical planning. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering : - 3 years of experience in backend development, especially with Node.js. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, etc.). - Proven experience in building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. - Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications to AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with Agile practices, Git workflows, and test-driven development. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning Points (Preferred Skills) : - Experience integrating with AI/ML services or familiarity with AI-based workflows. - Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm). - Exposure to real-time communication systems (e.g., WebSockets, Socket.io). - Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or experience in full-stack projects.
