Application Developer - React.js/Next.js

Job Overview : As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business processes and application requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to create innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions while ensuring seamless application development and deployment. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js. - Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts. - Ensure application performance, usability, and scalability by following best practices in front-end development. - Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs. - Write modular and reusable functional components with detailed documentation. - Maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards using tools like Prettier and ESLint. - Optimize application performance through debugging and performance testing using tools such as React Testing Library and Jest. - Use state management libraries such as Redux or MobX to manage application state effectively. - Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create a seamless user experience. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development methodologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications. Technical Skills & Qualifications : Must-Have Skills : - Proficiency in React.js and Node.js for building modern web applications. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS. - Experience with React frameworks like Next.js. - Knowledge of state management using Redux or MobX. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript (Promises & Async/Await). - Familiarity with React component libraries, such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. - Experience with Webpack, Axios, Enzyme, Jest, React Testing Library. - Strong browser debugging and performance testing skills. - Version control experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Understanding of microservices architecture. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Exposure to GraphQL. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to write well-documented, clean code.
