S4 HANA/CFIN Consultant - FSCM Module

About the Role : Carrier is seeking an experienced S4 HANA CFIN - FSCM Associate to support our digital finance transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for optimizing financial processes, ensuring seamless data integration, and providing expert support in SAP S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA, experience in financial data integration, and the ability to enhance business operations through system optimization and process improvements. Key Responsibilities : Configuration & Optimization : - Configure and optimize SAP FSCM modules, including Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management, to enhance financial processes. - Ensure smooth implementation and customization of SAP CFIN-FSCM solutions based on business requirements. Data Integration & Reconciliation : - Support data replication, integration, and reconciliation between source systems and S4 HANA Central Finance. - Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data for reporting and compliance. Troubleshooting & User Support : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CFIN-FSCM-related issues. - Conduct user training and create documentation to enhance adoption and efficiency. Business Compliance & Reporting : - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. - Provide insights through financial reporting and analytics to support business decision-making. Required Qualifications & Skills : - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and FSCM modules. - Strong understanding of S4 HANA Finance architecture, data models, and integration methods. - Experience with financial data reconciliation, SAP interfaces, and master data management. - Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective resolutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a global enterprise environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with SAP FIORI applications related to FSCM. - Knowledge of business process automation within SAP S4 HANA. - Familiarity with SAP integration tools such as SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) and ALE/IDOCs.
