SAP Finance Control Consultant - E2E Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and enhancing SAP FICO solutions within a global model. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Finance modules to deliver projects on time, develop functional specifications, and provide expert guidance to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, business process knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Essential Job Functions: - Set up and configure SAP FICO modules under the global model, ensuring timely and accurate system delivery. - Lead SAP Finance deployment projects, managing all phases of the project lifecycle. - Develop and implement system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements. - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Finance enhancements. - Create comprehensive test plans and test scripts for unit and integration testing. - Perform thorough testing to ensure system stability and accuracy. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and peers to gather and translate business requirements. - Provide expert IT partnering skills during deployment and throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct user training and provide ongoing support. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including SAP Automatic Bank Payment, Payment process, Month-end closure, etc. - Provide expertise in SAP New GL, Assets Management, FSCM, Bank Management, and related modules. - Understand the integration between FICO and other SAP modules. Qualifications : - Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP project lifecycle implementation. - Proven track record of successful SAP Finance deployments. - In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules, with expertise in SAP New GL, Assets Management, FSCM, and Bank Management. - Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules. - Comprehensive understanding of finance domain business processes. - Experience in deploying global designs and adapting to multinational client needs. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to conduct customer-facing activities, including requirement gathering and user training. - Ability to work effectively in large teams and adjust to varying working hours. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem solving skills. - Experience working with multinational clients. - Ability to understand complex business processes. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
