We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with React.js expertise to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both back-end development using .NET technologies and front-end development using React.js. If you are a proactive and innovative developer who enjoys working in an Agile environment, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities : Back-End Development : Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET technologies. Develop and maintain APIs, business logic, and data models to integrate with front-end applications. Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize and refactor existing code for performance improvements and maintainability. Ensure that applications are developed in accordance with security standards and best practices. Front-End Development : Develop dynamic, user-friendly, and responsive web applications using React.js. Build reusable UI components and implement complex user interfaces following design specifications. Use React Router for navigation and Redux for state management across the application. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript/TypeScript code to support a seamless user experience. Implement front-end logic to handle API data, user interactions, and form validations. Full Stack Integration : Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and consistency between design and functionality. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries with both the back-end and front-end applications. Ensure smooth data flow and interaction between the .NET Core back-end and React.js front-end. Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms in web applications. Agile Development & Collaboration : Work in Agile sprints, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions. Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure the overall quality of the codebase. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application life cycle. Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are maintained and optimized. Performance & Scalability : Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements for both back-end and front-end performance. Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Skills : Proven experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API development. Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks (ES6, React Router, Redux). Experience with C# and SQL Server (or other relational databases). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. Knowledge of front-end build tools and processes (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). Strong experience in version control systems like Git. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native development practices. Solid understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX design principles. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an Agile environment. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. A passion for technology and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management. Familiarity with GraphQL and other modern data fetching techniques. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, Jest, Mocha). Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker.
