Scrum Master - Project Management

Requirements : - Overall experience of 6 years in Software Agile Delivery and hands-on exposure to development and/or testing. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products or projects. - Hands-on experience with Agile software delivery management tools (e. g., Jira, Trello, or similar). - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum. - Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to coach and guide teams towards self-organization and high performance. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remove obstacles and manage conflicts. - Ability to work well with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. - Leadership : Ability to inspire and lead teams without direct authority, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. - Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt Scrum practices as needed. - Team-Oriented : A collaborative mindset, committed to helping the team achieve its goals. - Organized : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. - B.
