Test Delivery Lead - Software Quality Assurance

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 8-10 years of experience in software testing, preferably from a testing services company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end testing solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role requires expertise in setting up testing projects from scratch, defining test strategies, and ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. Experience : 8 Years Role : Test Delivery Lead Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) Notice Period : Immediate joiner or max 15 to 20 Days' notice period Key Responsibilities : Project & Team Management : - Lead and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Define and implement test strategies, processes, and best practices for diverse projects. - Set up testing projects from scratch, including planning, resource allocation, and execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and product managers to ensure smooth execution. - Drive end-to-end test execution, covering functional, non-functional, and automation testing - Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Client & Stakeholder Communication : - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding testing deliverables, project updates, and issue resolutions. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test strategies. - Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication with clients, teams, and leadership. - Provide regular status updates, defect reports, and testing insights to stakeholders. Testing Expertise : - Oversee and deliver testing projects for mobile, web, and API platforms. - Define and manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools. - Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and other testing areas. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices. Process & Quality Assurance : - Establish and maintain QA best practices, guidelines, and standards across all projects. - Optimize test execution cycles to improve efficiency and minimize defect leakage to production. - Lead test reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness. - Evaluate test automation feasibility and drive automation coverage for faster execution.
