SCCM Platform Support

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SCCM Platform Support Engineer to manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, ensuring smooth patch management, inventory tracking, and compliance management. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and related technologies to support enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Oversee patch management processes, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Perform inventory management to track assets, applications, and system configurations. - Ensure compliance management by enforcing security policies and configurations. - Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM client and server issues, ensuring minimal downtime. - Implement software distribution, application packaging, and OS deployment using SCCM. - Monitor SCCM logs, event logs, and performance metrics to detect and resolve issues proactively. - Work closely with IT security teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Document SCCM configurations, patching schedules, and compliance reports for audits. - Provide technical support and training to internal IT teams as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 7 years of experience in SCCM infrastructure management. - Strong expertise in patch management, compliance enforcement, and inventory tracking. - Hands-on experience with SCCM client health monitoring, remediation, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. - Experience in Windows OS deployment, software packaging, and application distribution. - Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, or Co-Management. - Knowledge of third-party patching solutions and security compliance standards. - Microsoft Certification in SCCM or Endpoint Management is a plus.
