Vikgol - Azure Solution Architect

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Solution Architect with 6-8 years of experience to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud architectures, optimize existing infrastructures, and ensure best practices in cloud governance, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Azure cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements. - Provide technical leadership in cloud adoption strategies and migration efforts. - Architect scalable, reliable, and secure Azure-based applications, infrastructure, and platforms. - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions. - Evaluate and recommend Azure services and tools to optimize performance and cost. - Implement security best practices, governance, and compliance frameworks for cloud solutions. - Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects to validate new technologies. - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure optimal availability and performance. - Document architectural designs, patterns, and guidelines to enhance knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience : - 6-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Azure cloud architecture. - Extensive experience in designing and implementing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions. - Expertise in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Security Center, and Azure Active Directory. - Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in an Azure environment. - Hands-on experience with cloud migration, automation (Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell), and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with Azure cost management and optimization techniques. - Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with business and technical Qualifications : - Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert. - Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. - Knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and AI services on Azure. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, Join Us? - Work remotely with Australian-based teams and global clients. - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies. - Competitive salary and professional growth opportunities. - Flexible work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
