Job Title : Salesforce Developer Data Cloud & Agentforce Experience Required : 5 Years Location : Noida | Hyderabad | Gurugram | Pune | Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site) Employment Type : Full-time About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie) and Agent for Data Cloud (Agentforce) to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performing, scalable Salesforce solutions that integrate large datasets across multiple systems to deliver real-time, unified customer experiences. If you are passionate about solving complex data challenges and delivering innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Data Cloud and real-time data integration via Agentforce - Configure, develop, and manage components of the Salesforce platform including Data Models, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, and APIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.) to integrate external systems and real-time data feeds - Build scalable and secure data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud and ensure compliance with data governance policies - Develop automation processes for data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and segmentation within Data Cloud - Monitor performance, perform debugging, and optimize solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices in Data Cloud and data integration architecture - Create detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and user guides Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience - In-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Genie) - Proficiency with Agentforce (Data Cloud Agent) or equivalent real-time data streaming/integration tools - Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow - Experience with real-time and batch data ingestion using APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Kafka, etc.) - Solid understanding of data modeling, customer 360, and identity resolution concepts - Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and platform encryption - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications : Salesforce certifications such as : - Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II - Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer - Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations and multi-cloud Salesforce environments - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Why Join Us ? - Work on next-gen Salesforce tech (Data Cloud, Genie, Agentforce) - Collaborative and inclusive work environment - Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven team - Competitive salary, learning budget, and benefits (ref:hirist.tech)
