Nature and aim of the position Refund Tax Free Forms at Merchant’s Forte Village (Cagliari) following Global Blue and Merchant’s guidelines and policies. Main duties and responsibilities Tax Free Forms to international travellers Global Blue Ambassador Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud Prepare reports if necessary Observe Global Blue and Merchant’s policies, guidelines and procedures Background and Education experience in face to face customer contact experience in managing tills retail or front office experience customer service experience Specific skills and knowledge be fluent in English be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction be experienced in using office software be trustworthy to handle large amounts of cash have a clean criminal record be able to handle stress be nimble but thorough be flexible in terms of working hours working experience is a plus
