Job Description

We are seeking a Third Party Supply Planning Senior Expert to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential in supporting the team with supply planning activities to meet expected customer demand while ensuring compliance with defined stock and service level policies, as well as external regulations. The position is responsible for the operational planning of finished products in full-service third-party production and for maintaining relationships with the Group's various Business Units to facilitate related activities. Key Responsibilities: Supports the Sales & Operations Planning meetings of specific BUs (e.g., Primary Care, etc.) and in the mid-term Demand vs Supply balancing process; Plans finished pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and medical device products purchased externally in accordance with the desired stock levels; Participates in New Products Introduction Meetings, supporting launch preparation activities within business timelines and objectives; Supports periodic meetings with suppliers while maintaining constant alignment between Demand and Supply Plan; Contributes to the proposal of improvement actions in the Supply Chain process; Participates in the monthly meetings for the analysis and management of obsolete materials, ensuring the timely recording of the root causes and follow-up of the actions identified; Constantly keeps the SAP platform updated for the activities under His/Her responsibility; Keeps abreast of the legal, ethical, and business regulations governing the activities under His/Her responsibility, and acts in accordance with them. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Management engineering, Business, Mathematics or related discipline; 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry; Strong knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA - Production Planning and Material Management modules); Strong capability in business data analysis; Knowledge of key Supply Chain processes (e.g., Demand Management, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Customer Care Management, Management of finished products suppliers, etc.); Knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulations with special regard to GMP, GDP; Knowledge of the reference market in terms of suppliers, products and competitors.
