We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to support the IT department in ensuring cybersecurity compliance and related regulations. The candidate will be responsible for aligning business processes with regulatory cybersecurity requirements, contributing to the protection of critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Position Key Responsibilities Monitor the implementation of security measures. Collaborate with the IT and security teams to develop policies and procedures. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to verify cybersecurity compliance. Stay up to date with cybersecurity regulations and propose necessary adjustments to business processes. Train and raise awareness among employees about cybersecurity and compliance best practices. Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Cybersecurity, Law, or related fields 3 years of experience in compliance and cybersecurity In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability management, encryption, authentication, and access control Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations Ability to integrate data protection into cybersecurity policies and procedures Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Other information This position is available in Asolo (TV).
