Quality Specialist

He/she oversees the product and process quality to ensure compliance with the standards in alignment with customers' requests. He/she works with MBU managers and Supervisors in order to keep under control the quality of the production, identifies quality criticalities and works together with the Quality Manager in order to identify solutions and keep the requested level of quality. Essential Responsibilities: He/she collects and analyzes the main quality KPIs (internal and external) and KAI related to the production of the assigned department (assembly and machining); He/she analyzes the quality detected issues/non-conformities and coordinates problem solving activities; He/she deals with the identification and coordination of improvement projects; He/she deals with the drafting and updating of procedures, instructions and SOPs for an effective maintenance of the Management Systems and their certification processes; He/she organizes and conducts internal audits; He/she analyzes and interprets data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspections, and procedures; He/she interfaces with customers to manage anomalies reported by them; He/she interfaces with other departments (design, testing, platform) for activities on current product and new launches; He/she actively promotes the Company Culture, Cultural Beliefs and Focus Five. Education: Degree in Engineering; Background: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; Knowledge of production processes (assembly, machining); Knowledge of the main quality tools for problem solving (kaizen, 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D); Knowledge of the main fusion processes; Good knowledge of metrology; Good knowledge of measuring tools and certifications.
