We are looking for a Production Planner for our Accessories division in Scandicci (FI). The person will be part of the Production Advancement team of our Accessories division, where he/she will be in charge of managing the production advancement of our suppliers. Main Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating production according to demand and sales forecasts. Checking the launch of materials and verifying that they are correctly dispatched to manufacturers. Ensuring that the planning is always up to date and constantly monitoring it. Devising the correct back-planning in compliance with all key business deadlines. Sharing the timing and priorities with suppliers, and monitoring them, based on the needs of the business. Coordinate the procurement team to ensure that raw materials are available on time. Support suppliers in solving problems that arise during development and production, through interfacing with the other entities involved. Monitor and adhere to production KPI. Provide visibility to the supply chain through appropriate delivery plans. Monitor supplier performance through KPI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or relevant discipline. At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably within the Fashion Luxury sector. Strong goal orientation and excellent problem solving skills. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel. Aptitude for team work and good communication skills. Proactive attitude.
