Finance Manager

For a renowned hotel establishment, we are looking for a Finance Manager responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the hotel, promoting and implementing strategies to ensure effective financial management. The Finance Manager will work to maximize return on investment and deliver desirable financial results, with the responsibility of creating a business plan aligned with the property's commercial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and satisfying the expectations of customers and employees. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Decision-Making Processes Analyze information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans. Analyze differences between actual budget wages and forecasted wages for more efficient budget planning. Create the annual operating budget for the property. Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities for property managers. Implement a system of appropriate controls to manage business risks. Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability. Provide ongoing analytical support by monitoring the operating department’s actual and projected sales. Lead and influence the financial team, achieving strategic goals and clearly communicating priorities. Development and Monitoring of Financial Goals Project and Policy Management: Produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years in a similar role in large hotels. Fluent in English. Experience with ERP software and Opera; strong analytical and mathematical abilities. Strong results orientation, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
