Job Description
We’re looking for a true Agile leader who not only manages projects but actively shapes the team’s mindset – fostering a culture where developers proactively support the client’s PO in refining requirements and ideation. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a coaching approach, and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you You Miquido leading 1-3 project teams to deliver top-notch software solutions (Mobile, Frontend, Backend, AWS, R&D, Design) for our customers driving Agile transformation within the team – fostering a mindset where the team, not just the PM, actively supports the client’s PO in requirement gathering and ideation owning the project backlog, managing the estimation process, and ensuring smooth task execution organizing and facilitating daily teamwork using Scrum and Agile best practices acting as a true servant leader – no task is too big or too small (from administrative duties to strategic planning, feedback meetings & team development) being the main point of contact for the customer – building strong, long-term relationships, conducting demos and status updates, and occasionally traveling for on-site meetings bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards continuously improving project development processes and driving best Agile practices across teams You can be the perfect match for us, if you have: 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in IT (preferably in a software house environment) deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies – and the ability to choose the right approach based on the team and project needs strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (risk management, quality assurance, mobile/web platforms) ability to track and communicate budget and timeline changes in Agile and Waterfall projects, both internally and to clients excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (C1 level is a MUST), with the ability to adapt messaging based on the audience (developers, executives, clients) proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships (preferably international clients) passion for team building and product ownership hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence strong people skills – empathetic but also able to give constructive feedback, boost team morale, motivate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders availability to work on-site in Warsaw 1-2 days a week at the client’s office It can be love at first sight if you also have: technical background or a strong interest in IT development and new technologies experience in the eCommerce or Telecom industry What do we offer? salary: 10,900 - 15,100 PLN net B2B or 9,100 - 12,700 PLN gross CoE ambitious, creative, talented & highly experienced team contributing to projects for clients all over the world flexible working hours and a possibility to work in a hybrid model private health insurance, MultiSport Card, HearMe platform and other goodies We value your trust in providing us your data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
