The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing contact center solutions leveraging AWS Connect and related AWS services. Your responsibilities Design and implement scalable and secure AWS Connect architectures. Provide expertise in AWS Connect features, such as Contact Flows, IVR/VoIP, and metrics reporting Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other applications Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the AWS architecture Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for AWS Connect Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AWS Connect and integrated services Our requirements Proven experience in architecting and deploying AWS Connect solutions. Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB Familiarity with voice recognition and IVR/VoIP technologies; AWS NLP/AI/ML Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
