Role:Graduate Quantity Surveyor Location: Co. Theyre now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor whos eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on a variety of building and civil engineering projects. The role: Getting stuck into the tendering and contract processpreparing, negotiating, and analysing costs. Assisting with the procurement of subcontractors and managing order documentation. Helping to track and certify interim payments, ensuring accuracy at every stage. Supporting the team in preparing valuations and final accountsa vital part of any QSs toolkit. Monitoring design changes and contributing to detailed financial reports. Producing monthly cost value reconciliations to help keep projects on track. Building relationships with subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments. Attending site meetings, gaining real exposure to projects from the ground up. What you need: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Confidence with Microsoft Excel and Word. A motivated, positive attitude with a real desire to learn and develop. A team player whos eager to contribute and take on new challenges.
