Job Description

Product costing and tooling inventory reporting and maintenance compare actual costs with estimates and analyse any variances. Prepare cost estimates/quotes for new products, customers and product changes. Update BOMs as necessary. Assist with stock counts. Load cost estimates/quotes into relevant systems. Assist with reconciliations/schedules. Maintain accurate records for old and new product costings. Manage inventory and product records. Provide audit information on a continuous basis. Minimum 2-3 years experience in cost and management accounting, including analysis and reporting. A BCom degree or equivalent is preferred, and progress towards a CIMA qualification would be advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems and BOM. Familiarity with business intelligence software would be beneficial. Experience in a FMCG or production environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of accuracy and a meticulous work ethic. Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
