Supply Chain Process Specialist

LI-AC1 Responsibilities Analyze existing systems and processes Collect and document user requirements Specify and oversee tool enhancements and system upgrades, ensuring functionality and compliance Manage the Jira backlog, prioritizing and refining user stories Conduct functional and non-regression testing to validate system update Map process workflows and dysfunctions, updating operational guides, manuals and training materials Design and deliver user training programs, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new processes tools. Develop test plan derived from user stories Qualifications Proficiency in Agile methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, etc.) Understanding of UX/UI design principles for tool usability. Expertise in change management and training design Experience in JIRA & Confluence for backlog and documentation management Strong knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) and data modeling (UML) Ability to understand documents written in French or English J-18808-Ljbffr
