Supervisor - Security Settlements Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Supervising team activities and monitoring process: •Supervising daily responsibilities and ongoing initiatives of the Fails Management team •Liaising with Brokers, Custodians and FT departments to ensure proper and uninterrupted workflow of trades •Challenging the process, identifying possible efficiencies and taking responsibility for successful implementation •Providing ongoing feedback to support staff development and performance •Representing the department in cross-department projects as subject matter expert •Demonstrating the awareness of operational risks, implementing the key controls, including the enforcement of departmental policies/procedures Focusing on team management activities: •Setting team’s priorities and strategic goals •Identifying, coaching and developing talent •Engaging in performance management activities •Participating in recruitment process, as required.
