R2R Accountant

Key Responsibilities Execute Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger management, reporting, and month-end close processes. Perform GL reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Support financial audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation. Contribute to continuous process improvements and system optimizations. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). 4–5 years of experience in RTR, with a focus on service delivery for Senior-level roles. Proficiency in RTR tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and GenAI. Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
