Business Analyst with French – Banking or Insurance We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with French to join our team, specializing in Banking or Insurance projects. If you have expertise in either of these industries and strong French language skills (B2), this opportunity is for you The Opportunity You will be working in a multinational environment, supporting insurance and banking projects for international clients. The role involves business analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination between teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and stakeholders Gather, document, and analyze business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (BRD, TSD, FSD) Provide support during the testing phase, identifying and resolving issues Manage and lead project teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks Maintain regular communication with onsite coordinators and stakeholders Train and mentor project team members Occasionally travel to client locations when required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Must Have: 5 years of experience in business analysis for Banking or Insurance projects Strong documentation skills (BRD, TSD, FSD) Experience in end-to-end implementation of Insurance or Banking solutions Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into technical language for developers Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues during testing French language proficiency (B2) ✅ Nice to Have: Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills Presentation and communication skills Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior analysts What We Look For We seek professionals with prior experience in Banking or Insurance, a teamwork-oriented mindset, and a passion for growth and learning.
