Customer Data Business Analyst

PROJECT INFORMATION: Industry: Banking Location: 100% remote Remuneration: up to 150 PLN/h nettoVAT (B2B) Project language: English Start: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact data transformation initiative within a leading financial institution. This role focuses on cleansing, standardizing, and enhancing customer and entity data to improve data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The consultant will play a key role in industry code remediation, contributing to the development of a new database/platform for customer and client data. Key Requirements: Banking industry experience, with a strong understanding of financial data structures and compliance requirements. Proven expertise in customer data and entity data management, including data reconciliation and standardization. Basic SQL knowledge to create and execute queries for data validation. Strong experience in MS Excel, including data handling, pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, etc.). Ability to conduct external research, leveraging sources like Google and annual reports to analyze entity relationships. Experience in creating process documentation and SOPs, ensuring structured workflows and compliance. Good stakeholder management skills, with experience in reference data analysis and corporate entity structures. Experience with Atlassian Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
