What Youll Do: Maintain and enhance retail planning systems for optimal performance. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Buying, and IT teams. Support assortment planning tools and ensure data integrity. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation. Train end-users and document key processes. Assist in testing and integration of new system features. What Were Looking For: 3 years of experience in IT system analysis , preferably in retail planning. Knowledge of merchandise and assortment planning tools (e.g., JustEnough, Oracle RPAS, SAP Planning). Strong understanding of retail planning processes (forecasting, allocation, replenishment). SQL, data analysis, and ERP/POS integration experience is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Why Join Cape Union Mart?
