Key Responsibilities: Creating precise and thorough schematics and nestings in accordance with specifications Make sure drafts adhere to industry standards and maintain quality compliance. Adopt ethical engineering drafting procedures. Work together with the manufacturing departments to review and find any mistakes in equipment purchase, drafting, etc. Communicating new designs with manufacturing Respecting project deadlines and budgetary constraints Emphasizing a culture of no-waste production Provide management with thorough reports and summaries of both new and current designs and advancements. Participating in weekly engineering and production meetings Assume responsibility and ownership for carrying out any ad hoc projects and/or designs correctly.
