SECURITY TESTER

SECURITY TESTER We are looking for a Security Tester to join our cybersecurity team, with hands-on experience in SAST, DAST, and manual penetration testing. The role will also involve supporting the definition of security test cases and contributing to high-quality technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) using a variety of industry tools. - Conduct manual penetration testing on applications, systems, and infrastructure. - Define and maintain security test cases aligned with risk and exposure. - Prepare detailed technical reports, including vulnerability descriptions, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations. Required Skills and Experience: 6 years in IT and 4 years in cybersecurity Practical experience with security tools such as: - Fortify, SonarQube (SAST) - Burp Suite, Kali Linux toolkit, Metasploit (DAST & pentesting) - Scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python or similar) to automate tasks and support testing activities. - Solid knowledge of Linux environments and command-line usage. - Ability to analyse and interpret scan results and prioritise findings. - English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken. - Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting. Desirable: - Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) events or platforms such as Hack The Box (HTB) or TryHackMe. - Passion for cybersecurity, offensive testing, and continuous improvement.
