Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to build scalable and high-performance applications. Join our team and work on exciting projects in a dynamic, people-first Navi Mumbai to 3 Joiners Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Work with databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems. - Implement and manage background jobs using Sidekiq and Redis. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails Skills : - Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework. - Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and database optimization. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs & third-party integrations. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Experience with Sidekiq, Redis, and background job processing. - Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable Skills : - Experience with Docker and containerization. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec). - Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
