L2 Application Support Engineer

Technical : - In depth understanding of MS SQL - Core switching experience and knowledge and recent experience - Complete understanding of ISO 8583 and recent experience - Understanding of end-to-end transaction flow (issuing/ Acquiring) - Hands on experience on release management, change management process and incident management. - Hands on experience in customer management and customer handling. - Hands on experience on Linux command (REN) Communication skill : - Good communication skill/ understanding of customer communication, verbal as well as email Technical : - Understanding of HSM Keys, and their usage - EMV Chip tags and data elements - Understanding of programming language Other Skills : - Team management experience Education : - Engineering background (ref:hirist.tech)
