This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for event planning, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the catering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and overseeing the seamless planning and execution of catering events. Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads for corporate and private events, ensuring consistent sales growth. Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, offering customized catering solutions. Conduct site visits and event consultations to ensure client needs are met and exceed expectations. Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to develop event proposals, menus, and timelines. Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining high standards of service and profitability. Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all aspects from food preparation to service are executed flawlessly. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Assist with event marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new business. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Previous experience in event sales, catering, or hospitality, preferably in a high-end or upscale setting. Strong knowledge of catering operations, food and beverage service, and event management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and client satisfaction metrics. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management or CRM software is a plus.
