Business Change Lead - 8 Month FTC

We're looking for a strategic thinker and change champion to guide our sites through a pivotal transformation, aligning people, processes, and technology to unlock workforce efficiency and compliance. This is a fixed-term contract position until the end of December 2025 and will require extensive travel to GXO sites across the UK. Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What youll do on a typical day: Overall ownership to manage and deliver the Business Change plan and activities for multiple, concurrent site deployments each at different phases of the project. Responsible and accountable for delivering all change activities at designated sites on time. Gaining a good understanding of site operations and processes to update and deliver training and communications materials. Creating and delivering site training plans. Including managing assignment and tracking of online courses as well as in person training sessions for a number of different user groups at different stages of the project. Monitoring and measuring success of adoption and identifying areas of improvements at sites, process and behavioural, and work with project and site teams to implement change. Ensuring processes, procedures and practices are identified and embedded to achieve change and adoption throughout the business. Be a change champion; encourage and motivate others to embrace the change to realise the benefits. What you need to succeed at GXO: Meticulous attention to detail with experience managing complex change projects. Experience ofT&A systems Experience of delivering Business Change and if its within a transport and logistics environment even better Extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to listen, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
